Farmers Exchange Rate, Inflation Rural and Paddy Producer Price Aceh Province Period March 2017

Based on the results of monitoring prices in some rural areas in Aceh Province in March 2017, amounted to 95.11 or NTP generated index declines by 0.35 percent. This is because the index received by farmers (It) has decreased, which is 120.32 in February 2017 to 119.20 in March of the same year

The decline in NTP occur in most subsectors, except subsector Horticulture and Animal Husbandry. NTP Horticultural subsector increased by 0.72 percent, while the subsector Livestock increased by 0.43 percent. On the other hand, sub-sectors experienced a sharp decline is Plant Food by 0.98 percent. Smallholder crops subsector followed by the reduction reached 0.78 percent and by 0.56 percent Fisheries Subsector.

Prices Received by Farmers index (It) in March 2017 decreased by 0.93 percent compared to the previous period. The decline occurred in all subsectors, except subsector Horticulture. It Horticultural subsector increased by 0.15 percent. While sub-sectors experienced a sharp decline is Plant Food by 1.71 percent. Smallholder crops subsector followed by a decline to 1.25 percent and Fisheries Subsector of 1.05 percent. Meanwhile, Livestock subsector recorded a decrease of 0.11 percent.
